Our Return Goods Policy
If a product is found to be defective in any way within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase, simply call us
toll free at 1-800-881-7827 to request a replacement or a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). If you are dissatisfied
with a product you have purchased from SunStar within 60 days from date of purchase we will gladly refund your money
upon return with prior authorization. Simply pack it back in its original carton and call Customer Service for a
Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Please note that we reserve the right to refuse credit for unauthorized returns.
For returns after 60 days from the date of purchase, we reserve the right to assess a 20% restocking fee on all returns
other than defective goods or shipping errors.
Claims for Shortages
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, you do not need to file the claim with the transportation company. We will
gladly handle it for you if you follow these simple steps:

Pending inspection at time of delivery, count the number of cartons and compare it to the number on the freight bill.
If they do not match, mark the freight bill short before the driver leaves. Torn or patched skrink wrap should also
be noted on the freight bill.

Please inspect the contents of your shipment and report shortages immediately. Shortages cannot be claimed if not reported
within 72 hours of receipt of goods.

UPS may not deliver all cartons on the same day. Please check the number of cartons shown on the packing slip before claiming
a shortage. Please call us for assistance if you are unsure.

If you have reported a shortage and receive the delivery after the fact, please notify us immediately so we can correct the claim.

We strive to honor the prices printed in our catalog, however due to extraordinary market conditions we reserve the right to change prices without
notice. We also reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors without notice.
